周日の晚餐


最近发现自己发福了。有小腹, 脸蛋变得圆圆的,双下巴很明显,好讨厌!


从小我就不喜欢运动。在伦敦,我的运动除了在赶时间的时候跑到巴士站和走路,运动量几乎等于零。所以,要减肥,就得从食物下手。

今天去买菜时,坚决不买零食。买了好多菜,水果和鱼。

今天的晚饭,弄了一个Haddock Fillet和一大盘沙拉。

记得去Brussels的时候,看了一个节目,大概是说西班牙人烤鱼的方式。今天就自创吧!
先来块150克鱼,撒上黑胡椒和mixed herbs,姜,切片,拍几颗蒜,切几个洋葱圈,切一个辣椒,最后切几快柠檬片然后放到烤箱里烤大概10-15分钟就搞定了!很简单的啦。

味道还不错!

It's really simple, really healthy and really filling! I don't feel like having dessert already. :D

Waaa.... Ok, apart from the HADDOCK, and Brussel sprouts, I can make out tomatoes, sweet corn, some kinda peas? and lemon... and lettuce, and tea.. and foil!!

Waaa.... there's no Brussel sprouts lah. I hate them!

That's haddock, baked with garlic, ginger, chillies, onion rings, pepper, mixed herbs and lemon slices. Try this recipe! You can omit the ginger and garlic if you want to.

the greens are- cos lettuce, sweet corns, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and some ham with honey and mustard dressing.
